The ISD Council held a Focus Group Discussion about the Regulatory Framework for Electronic Commerce in the Intangible Goods and Services Sector. This event is part of the ongoing studies on the implementation of Government Regulation Number 80 of 2019 and Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 31 of 2023 concerning the Trading through Electronic Systems (Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik/”PMSE” to various existing business models, including PMSE services and digital goods. Business players from relevant fields were invited to discuss and giving feedback as well as information that can be a valuable input to the ongoing study and contribute to the formulation of effective policy recommendations.
